[Esp][Eng]
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=elamaria/dhpnivpxpu

    >Greetings to all my appreciated and respected @fulldeportes community. I hope you are having a **happy day**. From my dear Cumaná I send you a virtual hug 🤗. Today sharing with you a super dance therapy class at the Gym. Class that was full of enthusiasm and joy.
    >
    >I arrived at the Gym that day earlier than usual, so my trainer instructed me to warm up for 10 minutes on the treadmill and abdominal exercises while the Dance Therapy class started. During the warm-up I was able to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere with the music, sharing the space with the users in attendance and speeding up the pace on the treadmill. It was a very friendly machine to manipulate and also to program it during the time set by my trainer.
    >
    >After finishing the warm up I went to the room where the directed classes are held. That particular day was very busy. I was able to greet and establish communication with the people present and others who were arriving. I love this time before class, as I can exchange greetings and a brief but pleasant conversation. Making me lose my sorrow and get to loosen up when I dance hahaha.
    >
    >The class started with a dynamic stretching as the trainer calls it, then the dance therapy activity that lasted 1 hour. This day the music was very rhythmic and fun. I usually place myself close to the instructor to see the steps better and try to make less mistakes. As you can see in the video the whole body is exercised in each of the musical pieces, besides having an effect of giving happiness, energy and vitality.
    >
    >I hope you enjoy this content and I encourage you to do the physical activity of your choice. We will see each other again in my next installment. I look forward to seeing you as always in the comments.

Last week I was running errands in the center of my city, on a sunny and hot day. To my satisfaction, I found a man selling "Raspados", the truth is I don't know if it was thirsty and I really wanted to drink something cold, that I found something so sensational in this striking and colorful stand located in the historic center of Cumaná. Whose advertising caught my attention highlighting a phrase that said: ***The tradition of the people, culture of Cumaná***.
I tell you that the Raspado I knew is an ice cream or drink that is made by grinding a block of ice, placing it in a glass, then adding concentrated juices of different flavors with condensed milk on top. The wonderful thing about this "Raspado" and what I remember most was that the man who sold them called "Joselo"; he was quite a character. He would travel around Cumana in a tall wooden cart with wheels and would sing "rancheras" loudly, a sound that indicated that he was close by. I remember him always cheerful and happy.
In my childhood Raspados were part of the snacks we used to eat, especially on weekends. Among the flavors offered at that time were: tamarind and colita. My favorite was the colita. So this gentleman, named Luis Alberto Campos, who is located in front of the Plaza Bolivar outside the Bar Sport, made me remember happy moments of my childhood enjoying the Raspados de Colita. So I did not hesitate to place my order, enjoy for only Bs. 15 of a Raspado de Piña with condensed milk and a piece of pineapple that had to be eaten at the beginning.
