Join us for part 4 of the Elder stage of Maturity.  We will be unpacking what true elders in our communities should look like, the dangers of becoming and elder too soon, and what are the practical tasks that elders need to do to continue their growth and maturity in this stage of life.  What if the elders in our communities were true elders and where able to, handle criticism and rejection , speak the truth in love even when it is not easy or popular, serve without being appreciated, encourage needed growth and change, and create Identity not standards?  What if these where done for the betterment and growth of their community.  What if?
