Retired NSA analyst Mickey Duniho, a member of the Pima County (Arizona) Election Integrity Commission investigated reports of nationwide trends outlined in a paper published by Francois Choquette and James Johnson. The paper described anomalies found throughout the United States in Republican Presidential Primary election results that always favored Mitt Romney. The paper asked readers to confirm their analysis and report on findings. Mr. Duniho investigated some Arizona races and found similar anomalies.
