I talk about how I had a series of power surges in my house that blew out a lot of my electrical appliances and my hot water heater.  I describe my ensuing interactions with WE-energies and then switch over to discussing a few immutable laws I learned about last night.  They are all about perfect timing in your life.  For example, one is that everything happens at the right time in your life for you.  Another is that everyone you meet is at the right time in your life.  Lastly I discuss the need for the human body to shed toxins in order to get ready for evolutionary advancement.  Switching to a more liquid-based diet will allow us to add more light to our bodies (eating lots of dense food keeps us stuck in 3D).  Lastly, I mention that Dolores Cannon says that the pollution on Earth is much more far-reaching than just our own planet.
