Be A fully qualified electrician in 16 weeks and earn 40k a year.

This is what I found all over the internet. Seriously! How can this be true?

I found that hard to believe  - don't you? 

But they are everywhere. People pay 7k to take the course and wonder why they aren't getting the 40k a year as promised in the sales pitch.
