Lately, it feels like everyone is stuck in lack. And when I see something everywhere, I know it is reflecting something within me too. In my most vulnerable episode yet, I take you behind the scenes of my September — a month that stretched me in every direction.

After an incredibly magnetic August, where presence became my superpower and expansion flowed with ease, I suddenly found myself holding the weight of that growth. My business was thriving, yet I felt ungrounded — living out of a suitcase, disconnected from my space, my rhythms, and my body.

What began as a season of expansion started to feel like a loss of time and freedom. I was serving everyone but myself, and burnout was whispering louder with each passing day.

I know the impact I’m here to make, and I know this business is meant to grow and expand — but my body was whispering, how? You’re at capacity. It’s not feeling so easy anymore.

This episode is my honest reflection on the journey I took to reclaim ease. From the long car ride back to Squamish that became a healing pilgrimage, to a powerful UpGuided unblocking session that helped me uncover what was truly holding me back, I share the exact process that helped me soften, integrate, and come home to my body again.

I am forever grateful for this business journey and the way it continues to bring me deeper into myself — showing me what still needs to be moved through and worked through so I can continue to grow.
