In my most vulnerable episode yet, I take you behind the scenes of my September — a month that stretched me in every direction.

After an incredibly magnetic August, where presence became my superpower and expansion flowed with ease, I suddenly found myself holding the weight of that growth. My business was thriving, yet I felt ungrounded — living out of a suitcase, disconnected from my space, my rhythms, and my body.

What began as a season of expansion started to feel like a loss of time and freedom. I was serving everyone but myself, and burnout was whispering louder with each passing day.

I know the impact I’m here to make, and I know this business is meant to grow and expand — but my body was whispering, how? You’re at capacity. It’s not feeling so easy anymore.

This episode is my honest reflection on the journey I took to reclaim ease. From the long car ride back to Squamish that became a healing pilgrimage, to a powerful UpGuided unblocking session that helped me uncover what was truly holding me back, I share the exact process that helped me soften, integrate, and come home to my body again.

I am forever grateful for this business journey and the way it continues to bring me deeper into myself — showing me what still needs to be moved through and worked through so I can continue to grow.

And while this episode is hard to share, it’s becoming more and more important for me to stand in my light and share my truth. So that’s what this is. And I thank you — for being here, for listening, for witnessing this chapter of my journey.

Welcome to part two of this two-part series, sharing what I can only describe as the two most powerful weeks of my life: the Light Leaders Retreat & Spirit Weavers.

In this episode, I take you into my personal experience at Spirit Weavers—a yearly gathering of 600–800 women of all ages in the forests of Southern Oregon. A space where skills, stories, and wisdom are shared. A space of deep remembering.

This episode is a raw, unfiltered share straight from the heart. Truthfully, it’s messy. But it’s honest, emotional, and real. And that’s enough for me.

I speak about the moments that cracked me open, the teachers who moved me, the reminders I didn’t know I needed, and the deep, deep knowing that everything has changed.

What came through so clearly for me was this:
When women gather, we heal the world.

And Spirit Weavers reminded me of who I am (Lisa Kurolap!!!!) and what I’m here to do.
