Episode 4 is by far my FAVORITE episode. I enjoyed the conversations and wisdom each interviewee shared. My goal with this episode is for listeners to understand what it’s like to be a man so that moving forward we can bridge the gap between men and women.

Episode 3 gives listeners a chance to hear what’s it’s like being black in America from different perspectives as well as educate people on our history.

This episode I open up for the first time about my experiences with trauma and how I dealt with it. I hope my story helps others learn how to deal with their own experiences with trauma.
