  • Episode 3 - Harnessing the Abundant Superpower of Choice

As a possibility, choice is fundamental and essential to true fulfillment.

Most people drift along life feeling powerless and it's all a result of the choices they make, not the circumstances that are present.

This month's guest, Alex Dumas, shares how he felt powerless for most of his life and how coaching awakened him to the possibility of choosing to live powerfully and abundantly.

We celebrate his journey from depression and drug use to making a massive impact as a coach and speaker who has helped transform thousands of lives around the world into recognizing their own brilliance and superpowers...  and he's just getting started.

    About the guest:

Alex Dumas is the CEO of Abundance Daily Coaching and Vice-President of the BIPOC Coach Collective. He is an expert in sales and marketing with a track record generating six figures in revenue and six-figure launches. He has a background in Psychology and a decade of leadership experience in the Nonprofit world.

Alex also knows what it’s like to do everything that’s expected of you but still feel empty. He struggled for years but hid behind jokes and seeking approval, so he could fit in. It was really a mask for the pain and loneliness he constantly felt. And it led to using drugs for years and keeping anyone who wanted to get close at arm’s length.

Alex is now a husband and a father, with years of deep personal work behind him. Since 2018, he has partnered with his wife, Sarah—who has been a consultant to start-up companies and companies with over $80M in revenue—to create a high-performance business and consulting firm.

Leaders who are committed to creating a significant lifestyle and a high-performance business are the ones who call Alex.

  • Episode 2 - We Are Here: A Lifelong Journey of Leadership, Service, and Bringing Out the Best in Others

Most people know that it's the founder of a movement that is most important. However, there is someone else who is often overlooked. That is the 1st person that catches the vision and jumps on board. In today's episode, you're going to learn the story of who has supported this collective from the start.

This month, we celebrate the Secretary of the BIPOC Coach Collective, Gwendolyn Rodriguez Siegel. She shares her journey into coaching and the shifts within her identity as a leader.  We dived into how her upbringing in a large family contributed to her professional growth and the creation of "Grandma Gwen".

Gwen also provides incredible insights into the origins of the BIPOC Coach Collective as we explore the vital role she played at its inception.

    About the Guest:

Gwendolyn Rodriguez Siegel is a first-generation Dominican-American, born and raised in New Jersey and a DC area resident since 2007. She is a professional leadership coach and strategy consultant for entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals who are looking to increase awareness of themselves and their impact on the world around them. Gwen has always been passionate about public service, having worked for an international economic development non-profit for over 11 years, and previously, working with different education organizations for kids ages 3-18 in Newark, New Jersey. She's especially interested in working with people who, like her, have experienced what it's like to challenge the limiting beliefs that hold us back from becoming the leaders we can truly be.

She is a mom of 1 sassy young daughter, wife of a very supportive husband, and member of a very extensive family with blended roots from the Dominican Republic to Niger (pnee-ZHAIR) and everywhere in between.

To reach her directly, please reach out to her via email at [email protected] or via her LinkedIn.
