Kelly Kozlowski learned the value of helping others at the age of five, when her dad had her field calls on his home office phone. If the client mentioned her wit and professionalism to her dad, Kelly earned a dollar — and so began a lifelong passion for customer service that guides her work as a realtor to this day. Kelly’s enthusiasm for educating clients about the real estate process, matched with her strong values of honesty and accountability, have earned her the nickname “Mama Bear” around the Hive Homes office.

Kelly is deeply knowledgeable about marketing, and regularly geeks out over the latest industry tech, a trait that gives her clients a big leg up in this competitive market! She endeavors to bring levity and fun to a process that can be highly emotional for clients. With each interaction, Kelly leans into her motto of “zero regrets at the closing table,” which to her means that, by the time a property closes, her clients feel confident, comfortable and excited about the transaction. Kelly is a team founder of Hive Homes and the mother of two amazing kids, who are the reason she works as hard as she does. You might find Kelly and her family jamming to music in the car on the way to their log cabin in Jefferson, dancing with the sunroof open in the high school pick-up line, or otherwise creating silly fun wherever they go!

Andrea Crane is a jack of all trades.  She is an art educator, book artist and a chef.  For this podcast,  Andrea put her chef hat on. She is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. .  Andrea has worked in a variety of restaurants in Florida, Virginia and Colorado.  When she is not teaching, she works with her husband David Crane the founder and head chef of The Cooking Crane. 

Katherine Crouse AKA Katie PIE, a trailblazing entrepreneur, and co-founder of "INFINITUS," embarked on her journey to redefine the pizza industry through a lens of triple bottom line accounting in November of 2010. Born and raised in Broomfield Colorado, her love for pizza was ingrained from a young age. She always felt there was more to this beloved food than just a delicious slice. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, her journey to "inspire via mouthwatering iPIE coupled with a passionate dedication to community, education and humor" began. Katie PIE's journey continues as she expands Infinitus to new locations, spreading her vision of a community-focused, business model. People, profit and planet is just a buzz phrase but a viable path to success and Katie PIE is using pizza to prove it.

This week we speak with Master Korey Stites is the owner and Head Instructor of Personal Achievement Martial Arts in Wheat Ridge, CO. He began his martial arts training as a young child in 1989. Over the last 33+ years he has trained in several styles of Martial Arts including Tae Kwon Do Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, Arnis, and Brazilian Jujitsu. Master Stites is a 6th Degree Black Belt in American Free Style Tae Kwon Do.

One of the things that sets Master Stites apart from many Martial Artists is that he has an extensive background in leadership and group motivation. He has earned a Master’s of Science degree in Leadership. Master Stites has also published a book to help parents teach their children about setting and achieving goals and success in their lives called “How to Raise Your Child for Success”.
