Hello Elevators, Today people look for ways to stay entertained at every short instance, YOU may not have noticed that you spend on average 7-8 hours on your device each day aside from the time you spend working online. Everything is becoming boring so you need more to stay amused, hyped up as the level of dopamine is pumped up. learn to keep the devices away and meditate sometimes it will do you a lot of good.
