Alexis shares her incredible story about transitioning from a structured, type A personality to embracing a more fluid, intuitive approach to life. To me, her story serves as a reminder that in letting go, we often find ourselves exactly where we are meant to be.

Welcome back my loves! I'm thrilled to have you here, especially for this special birthday episode 🥳. I'm turning 29, and with February having 29 days this year, it feels extra synchronistic. My birthday actually falls on Valentine's Day, and so for me, everything has seemed to revolve around love and connecting to my heart.
