Marc began his career over 25 years ago in a Fort Lauderdale home health care agency where he worked as a finance and reimbursement manager. That experience led him to work for a boutique South Florida CPA firm that provided accounting services as well as tax preparation and consulting to the home health care industry where he practiced for 8 years and became an industry leader in Medicare home health reimbursement, cost finding, and cost reporting. In 1999 he opened a Ft. Lauderdale based CPA firm of his own. Today, he serves clients from a variety of industries across the Ft. Lauderdale area and greater US, providing business support such as accounting services as well as compliance and tax services for small and medium size businesses.

Marc received his Bachelor of Science in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology and has a Masters Degree in Accounting from Nova University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Marc has been playing drums for over 30 years and performs regularly with a local cover band. He is a practitioner of the martial arts with over 25 years of training in Chung Do Kwon/Tae Kwon Do. He lives in Ft. Lauderdale Florida with his wife and their son.

With over 10 years in corporate pharmaceutical business development, strategy & operational leadership, Dr. Odumosu brings a unique combination of experiences from academic, public health and life science organizations. In his role as Ilera Healthcare’s first Chief Operating Officer, Dr Odumosu was a core part of the executive team in establishing and managing Ilera’s business operation’s post license award in 2017 through to profitability. 

He serves as Chief Scientific Officer/EVP Pharmaceutical Division for TerrAscend Corp. Prior to Ilera and Zelira, Dr. Odumosu played a critical role in Iroko Pharmaceutical’s post-clinical development of Zorvolex® Tivorbex® and Vivlodex® through FDA approvals and successful US market commercialization. He received a PhD in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Public Health-Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and School of Public Health in Loma Linda, California; and a BS in Biology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

Dr. Odumosu is a World Bank Institute Certified public health professional with global healthcare translational/clinical/epidemiological research and data management experience. 

Prior to joining Exactus as Chief Growth Officer/ President, Derek was responsible for over $100 million in revenue at his previous company EcoGen Laboratories. Prior Derek was the CEO/Co-Founder of Healing Ventures, a marketing & supply chain firm that helped bring several leading CBD companies to market. He is a thought leader who has played a substantial role in the emerging hemp industry. Mr. Du Chesne is a brand management professional who has a proven track record of integrated marketing strategy, through concept, development, and launch, building iconic brands by orchestrating successful campaign deployment on both a global and regional scale.

Andrew Glashow is President, Chief Operating Officer of the company. he was Director of the Company. Mr. Glashow is a founding partner of New World Merchant Partners, LLC, a strategic and advisory firm, and has served as a Managing Director since its inception in 2008. Mr. Glashow specializes in advising with respect to microcap transactions in the $5 million to $50 million range. He has in excess of twenty years of experience in the capital markets and in all phases of business start-up and growth, including feasibility studies, business plans, equity and debt funding, private placements, reverse mergers and IPOs. Mr. Glashow has worked with many investment-banking firms and maintains close relationships with decision makers at several of them. Prior to founding New World Merchant Partners, he was a partner in STAR Associates, a corporate finance firm specializing in the placement of capital for small and emerging growth companies. Mr. Glashow has served as CEO and President of multiple companies, which he helped capitalize. Mr. Glashow is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

Laurence Horowitz is an Investor Relations Analyst for Entourage Effect Capital, a private cannabis investment fund. He recently graduated from the University of Michigan majoring in Sport Management and minoring in Entrepreneurship. While there, I was the President of the University of Michigan chapter of Green Wolverine,  the first cannabis student organization at a public university; A national organization with the mission of discovering opportunities for success in cannabis or related fields through education, networking, and recruiting. He also was instrumental in developing the investment fund for Green Wolverine with the aim of teaching students how to invest in the cannabis industry. L.J. also worked for a premier venture capital firm as a sophomore in college. His primary responsibilities included helping senior members at the firm build new relationships in the cannabis industry for the purpose of collaboration and/or fundraising.

A graduate of Babson College School of Entrepreneurial Studies.  Eric Rahn is an insurance broker specializing in hard to place coverages for domestic and multi-national companies. Eric has held many executive positions in regulated industries including the maritime and casino industries prior to becoming an insurance broker. He transitioned is knowledge of corporate business practices into becoming a top insurance producer by working with C-Suite executives on evaluating risk.

David Rahn is S2S Insurance Specialists' business development and professional relationships associate, promoting insurance access opportunities for clients in the marijuana industry. David is responsible for connecting new and potential clients in the marijuana industry through traditional and digital channels. David received his degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Lynn University and has worked on coordinating and developed digital marketing strategies for Subway Restaurants, Lynn University, Saks 5th Avenue as well as other campaigns for various associations, non-profit organizations, and other businesses.

Kristen Yoder, featured in Vanity Fair, Forbes, USA Today and named one of Marijuana Venture Magazine's “40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Cannabis”, is a 15 year Los Angeles industry veteran, strategic advisor and radio and podcast personality who has managed successful businesses in every sector of the cannabis industry. 

As the cannabis industry becomes inundated with dishonest businesses and misleading information campaigns, Kristen's popularity as an outspoken and trusted authority on a variety of subjects has led her to teaching classes, speaking at events, on podcasts, in print and online media both nationally and internationally. When she isn't sharing her fierce wit and sparkling personality on stage or on the air, she is advising/preparing her clients for the unique intricacies and quagmires often overlooked and unexpected by those entering the newly regulated

Eric Stevens helped launch Florida’s Medical Marijuana Yes on 2 campaign with United for Care in 2013 with John Morgan and Ben Pollara. He served in every role, but settled in as the Campaign’s Finance Director from 2014-2016 The 2016 multi-million dollar statewide campaign effort passed with the highest margin of any medical marijuana question in any state ever at 71%.

After that he served as director of Florida for Care, a non-profit(c)(4) social advocacy organization made up of the majority of those involved in Amendment 2. Florida for Care focused on informing the public and elected officials. They continue to work on smart ideas for policies for Florida’s medical marijuana system for patients, doctors, and state operations based on best practices.

Before this, in addition to various his other work experience Eric worked in his home state of Massachusetts with the Mass Patient Advocacy Alliance to help pass Question #3 for Medical Marijuana in November 2012. Eric attended the University of Miami business school in Coral Gables, where he helped found the University’s chapter of Student's for Sensible Drug Policy. He originally received an endowment at UMiami that allowed him to begin his pursuit in this field.

While residing in Miami Beach for the past five years, Eric helped push Miami Beach to become the first city in the state to decriminalize possession and Miami-Dade as well become the first county before the state law passed. He also has been involved in many local discussions regarding ordinances, zoning and land use regulations related to this topic. He has also worked in transportation and sports administration roles. He is experienced in a variety of administrative roles with a demonstrated history of working on easier more and difficult issues, political messaging, finance, and campaigns.

Daniel has led top real estate investment and leasing firms in California for over 15 years advising many of the retail industries largest institutional landlords and retailers in connection with expansion plans. He has a multi-billion-dollar track record in retail property acquisitions, dispositions, and leases throughout his career. In Fall of 2018 Daniel decided to venture to the cannabis industry full time launching CannaVentures Advisory Group, a full-service advisory firm servicing the industry, that focused on license acquisitions, dispositions, brand licensing, and commercial real estate. Shortly thereafter he co-founded and launched Cookies Retail where he manages the analysis of opportunities for partnerships, purchases, supply chain, brand expansion, licensing applications, and negotiates purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions.
