Happy Monday friends!

This week I will be digging deeper into some of the biggest lessons I have learned that have changed the course of my life and have helped shape me into the person I am today. Ironically, these things were not taught to me in school, but rather through experiences, challenges, and mentors. In some instances school can cause us to stay within the lines and dissuade us from reaching beyond those barriers. These have been so incredibly valuable to me and I hope you can relate to the lessons shared!

Welcome to the first episode of Elevate Your Mind with Kalli Ploof. I am so excited to start this journey with you all! Before we get started, I provide an intro into my background and the meaning behind Elevate Your Mind.
