Elevates! What's really good!?

Life has its shares of ups and downs. But how are you handling your respons-ability?

You are fully capable of controlling your reaction and processing for a better outcome. You can't fully heal if you're in denial. You can't fully heal if your head and heart isn't in it.

Identify your voice!

"The best way out, is always through." -Robert Frost

Sundays message:

"The other day my oldest brother gave me the ultimate reminder. You don't know what you have until it's gone. People usually reference this to relationships, etc. Let's change the perspective. We've dealt with people that have taken advantage, some people still taking advantage. Not seeing our worth when they have it good. We've learned to say no, we've learned the importance of being impeccable with our words. Let the people that haven't learned to respect us lose us. Their loss, your gain. They won't know what they had, till it's gone. So go. Choose you."

Tuesdays message:

"Without ranting, I'm going to attempt to explain why you shouldn't compare & why social media is changing your motives. Simply put, we were not all made the same, "as one", as they'd like us to believe. As I've said before, inequality was never an issue, it was us trying to stoop to levels we weren't meant for, which is why we were captured into slavery, etc. We were going after something that wasn't meant for us. Being on social media seeing the different "perspectives" can make you change what you really desire in your heart. Ever want for something, receive that something and still not be satisfied? Yeah that wasn't meant for you. Take an internal look. Identify what makes you different and embrace it and make it a part of you! Then you'll see the real joys of life. STOP BEING A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT."

Elevates! What's really good!? Finishing off this season with a fire ass collab w Ri aka Rye Rye @deeply_unlocked

This episode was for my people in relationships/ partnerships & in the middle of their growth journey. It's not always easy but if you have enough oil and tools, it's fixable. Oil is your faith and the tools is the work you put in!

Tuesday's Motivational Morning Message: "Grand rising! ☀️ "Wealthy Mindsets" We're unplugging and tapping into something far greater than us all. Becoming more present to have an overstanding of the life we know. No longer living to please others but serving our purposes with BIG moves. Life on Earth is temporary as we know. Our goal isn't to become rich but to become wealthy. With higher quality thoughts & detoxing from the toxicity given to us since birth. Stay in touch with your roots. They want us to depend on them so when things hit the fan we're in a mind of chaos and madness. We're greater than that. Stay true. Stay you. Namaste 🙏🏼"

Quote of the week:

"The only real security is not in owning or possessing, not in demanding or expecting, not in hoping, even. Security in a relationship lies neither in looking back to what it was, nor forward to what it might be, but living in the present and accepting it as it is now." -Anne Morrow Lindbergh

Mannnnn life really has a way of putting you on course doesn't she? A week of handling business to a weekend of celebration and chaos [the good kind]. Either way it still drained me hunty.

There's a S.M.A.R.T. way of living:

S: Specific

M: Measurable

A. Achievable

R. Realistic

T. Timely

There are 4 steps up the staircase of success:

Step A- Know Yourself! Get to know you better.

Step B- Explore your options! Be accountable.

Step C- Make your plan & STICK TO IT!

Step D- Create your future & step over the obstacles from the past that tries to stop you from getting there.

Are you ready for the best version of you? Get to work then!

Elevates!! What’s really good?!

Mannnn!! When I tell you this week has led me up to today’s episode and I’m more than grateful. It is “Time For An Adjustment” to release some tension from developed headaches.

There are (3) ways to live:

1. Sinking 2. Surviving 3. Thriving

As you ask yourself the questions of your help: “Am I empowering them or enabling them?” & “What are the long term consequences for me making myself responsible for others responsibilities?”

Also keep in mind these (3) much needed adjustments:

1. Make an adjustment in the area of “expectations”.

2. Make an adjustment in the area of “investments”.

3. Make an adjustment in area of your “emotions”.

You make the adjustment. Stop expecting the adjustment to be made.

Here at Elevated Fhz where we not only talk about the trending topics but avoided topics as well.

What’s BEEN going on but avoided is the “Race Talk”.

Racism is here and being exposed. It’s not they aren’t racist they’re just adapting. They’re responding out of fear.

Morning Message:

“Grand rising! ☀️ We've been in black history month. All year long, well the last 2 years especially, there's been an increase on the educating of black history month. The REAL history. The injustice that goes back to slavery. The facts of killings done by the white man with no punishment to them. We were once in a lifetime where a killing or rape of someone of the melanin was celebrated and rewarded. They started to get really comfortable but according to the Willie Lynch letter their time is up. Willie created a formula and a prediction that we will be under slavery for 300 plus years. We may not have the chains and auctions but we're still chained and being auctioned if you understand. We have to continue to stand on what's right and stop the injustice from continuing. Continue to learn the history, learn your rights, and speak the truth. Our skin is just a powerful weapon of intimidation. Imagine that combined with the backing of knowing our facts! It's been black history month. No more limits. No more "appropriate" dates.”

We on High Vibrations 🚀

This week we talked about the preparations and disappointment with expectations.

We know better. We do better!

"Grand rising! ☀️ The past is over, the present is here now, so stay focused for what is ahead which is your future. There's nothing to do for what's already done. You can only change how you view life now. Don't allow your past to write your future. You have a choice to acknowledge, accept, and still choose to live a free joyful life. Or you can continue to hold it against, not only others, but yourself. When you learn that life goes on regardless of what you're faced with, the faster you can learn to not worry and be happy. Sing it note for note, don't worry, be happy."
