Davit Tait and Lauren Irving from Flair Airlines talk about some of the obstacles that families with autistic children have to face when trying to travel.  They talk about how they are the first airline in Canada to have all of their cabin crew and ground handlers pass an autism awareness certification course.  This summer they organized a trial boarding event to let families with autistic children do a practice run of boarding a plan to help familiarize their children with the procedure.

Nikki and Wayne sit down with David Tait and Lauren Irving to talk about Flair Air.  The four discuss the airline's unique branding and marketing strategies, and the importance of providing affordable transport to the people who need it.

Breathe Calm Air is an online video contest launched by Calm Air in May of this year. The goal of Breathe Calm Air was to promote mental health and help support and foster creativity among the youth of the Kivalliq Region in Nunavut by having them send in videos showcasing what’s important to them and what helps them breathe in calm air.
