To celebrate pride month we decided to do a video dedicated on it! I decided to share my coming out story and how I realised that I was bisexual and came to terms with it. We don't really have much knowledge on all of the LGBTQ plus community, we are simply sharing our own stories and experiences. If anyone has anymore knowledge about different sexualities and genders; comment down below - Educate US and our audience. Its a free happy space here. We hope you enjoy this weeks podcast. We're still getting into the swing of things so bare with us quailty wise. Love you all!!! FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM: @elevatedtabletalks CONTACT US ON: [email protected] LOVE IS LOVE.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES were experienced in this video like true elevated podcast - so be prepared for Tilly's mic to just cut out at some points. I promise we will make more effort with our appearance and set up next week.. this was last min & very late at night so we were tired lol. Thank you guys so much for being patient and coming back to the pod! We love and have missed you all so much. We are finally back from our overly long break.. in this episode we really just catch up with each other, catch you guys up and just talk sh*t as PER. Due to us recording over the internets sometimes we talk over each other, have to repeat ourselves & loose connection. We hope you guys enjoy this chat between two best mates... who miss each other very much.
In this episode Tilly is joined by Billie-Jay as a co-host. We share all our hilarious childhood memories, how our relationship has changed through the years and how we keep a strong bond living different lives. We also share all our theatre memories, growing up in theatre and all our favourite shows... maybe sometimes getting a little too excited. This is an episode of two sisters catching up, reminiscing, laughing lots and being silly. Join us for this hour of pure love.

In this episode we read Reddit Nosleep stories, look back on our own paranormal experiences, discuss how you can connect to nature in this time and talk about what scares us.
Reddit No Sleep:
1st story (I was born deaf, but had my hearing restored. I’m now hearing things I’m not supposed to.) https://www.reddit.com/r/nosleep/comments/iayh44/i_was_born_deaf_but_had_my_hearing_restored_im/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf 2nd story (I was offered $5,000 to sit in a room for a week. It wasn't worth it) https://www.reddit.com/r/nosleep/comments/iiyp5i/i_was_offered_5000_to_sit_in_a_room_for_a_week_it/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

We hope you enjoyed last weeks episode as we time- machined back to BCE and delved right into female body expectations and what influenced these ideals at the time.
Once again we will spill you with Segways on our opinions, predictions and just general chit chat about how females have struggled through the times trying to keep up with this "perfect" ideal. So grab your tea and come and join Tilly & Connie (the Mindful M8s) in this comfortable, educating and chilled podcast. PART 2.
*Please READ: note that all this is research we have found on the internet - we have no proof, no evidence we just did a little research and saw photographs and thought we would share it with you guys to help you realise that your body and every body is beautiful and different and that it is society pressures that make us feel less than beautiful. So embrace yourself and love yourself no matter what!*
SORRY THERE IS NO VIDEO IN THIS PODCAST; WE STRUGGLED WITH TECH DIFFICULTIES!
Cute reminder of the day: Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. It's about knowing and accepting who you are...
