met someone with a ton of anxiety/fear about the state of current world situations. i have some empathy cause i know what anxiety can feel like… but at the same time, we sorta can just be doing it to ourselves by focusing on the wrong things, neglecting GOD, and having our priorities outta whack. GOD has CRAZY peace for us… but if we don’t allow GOD in, n shift our focus to Him, peace will be elusive, and it’ll be sought in forms of alcohol , drugs , and/or xyz, which only comatose…

just finished a 36 hour fast. so i hit on that. also, i just got done reading this Phenomenal book “practicing the Way” by John Mark Comer. i talk just a tiny bit about the book. it was very insightful. i loved Comer’s writing, his humor, and his raw honesty. the dude has incorporated great wisdom thru out time from many people of the faith. i believe His book will help any believer on their journey of faith. it’ll help cultivate a stronger and true genuine relationship with God, and possibly shake off the religiousity that some folks might be living. i hope this recording can bless u in some form or fashion…. but honestly , peep the book !

had recent encounter with a stranger downtown yesterday… which inspired this rant. NEVER judge by the outside appearance… and look for those in need to HELP. Jesus was all about uplifting others no matter their past, ethnicity, gender, financial status…..May we ask GOD to help us replicate that into the world around us ❤️🌎

a moment with my baby girl eliza just now, reminded me of How deep GODS FIERCE LOVE is for us all. this moment of deep love and gratitude inspired this random tangent. I once learned an acronym from an old pastor… “TAWG” . TIME ALONE WITH GOD, and how VALUABLE IT IS. i also briefly hit on the idea and importance of finding that solitude , and using that quiet space for Prayer and LISTENING to the Scriptures. also, a quick breakdown of the famous “LORDS PRAYER”. in a busy, distracted, fast paced world … its still important to BE STILL and set your FOCUS on the GIVER OF LIFE AND, the GOD who is LOVE. “be led by still waters, lie down in green pastures…(psalm 23)… the FATHER has everything we need, whether that be peace and strength, hope and healing, comfort , we just need to learn to tap in more often. …. May we give him the time of day so we can receive whatever He has for us….💎❤️📖✝️⏲️⏳⌛️🕰️

this book i’m reading “Practicing the Way. BE WITH JESUS. BECOME LIKE HIM. DO AS HE DID” by John mark comer has been great. and what he’s written Hits a lot on the head…..the RED LETTERS are clear when you study them. and it’s important that we are not self deceived. there’s a lotta “christian’s” apparently in the world….but how many consider themselves HIS APPRENTICE?! HIS STUDENT? HIS DISCIPLE ?? what a privilege it is for real …. all the benefits of FOLLOWING THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE…. FOLLOWING THE WAY…. it’s more than beliefs…. it’s more than do’s and don’ts…… it’s A WAY OF EVERY DAY LIFE…. HIS HAND IS AVAILABLE TO WHOEVER WANTS TO TAKE IT…..

2024, and the past is over. we only have the Present, which dictates our future (on earth and eternity). let the new YEAR bring in the NEW you!! a NEW PEACE, a NEW real tangible JOY, a NEW PATIENCE, a NEW KINDNESS… some NEW STRENGTH, a NEW PERSPECTIVE, some real HEALING, whether it’s in your heart, mind, body, or relationships. most of all, may you experience a NEW LOVE!!!! a new love for yourself , for others, but most of all, a new and deeper love for GOD. my prayer is that you embrace the CRAZY NEVER ENEDING LOVE that GOD has for you. breathe it in every morning, evening, every week, all of 2025 , and every year after all the way thru eternity!!! be blessed. i love ya world ❤️

IF we receive HIS light… it’ll naturally reflect to those around us. but if we are in the darkness, there will be no fruit, and nothing will get done for the Kingdom. nothing will be done for eternity. what did He mean “shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life ?”

could darkness be idolatry ? pride ? slothfulness? …. and what does it look like to have “the light of the life?” fruit of the SPIRIT? be blessed
