In episode 2 Justin Miller, Founder of Care for Aids, speaks about the pivotal moments in his leadership career and how he has leveraged them to further his mission to cure AIDS. He has taken his passion and become an advocate through leadership and dedication.

Justin shares with us the questions that he asks himself to assess his leadership and add value to his purpose. “How do I position myself for greater influence?” and “Am I doing this for me or the bigger impact?” Being a leader is more than a position or title and Justin delves into why he began in the first place. He didn’t just decide to be a leader, his leadership grew out of his passion to find a cure for AIDS and it has continued to develop in ways that he never could have imagined.

Justin encourages young leaders to search themselves and discover a passion that can be nurtured through feedback, mentorship, and new experiences. Tune in to hear what music inspires him the most as a leader and the top three things that he thinks every young leader should know.
