With mothers day in the air lots of thoughts have come and gone about this past year as a stepped deeper into motherhood with the birth of my biological daughter. No matter how many times we learn to surrender and embrace change, I still find myself clinging to my plans to execute my goals. In this episode I share some of my struggles, anxieties and revelations through the first year of the corona virus pandemic. I haven't really shared my whole story on this topic before. Being vegan is a part of my core values, something that my family and I feel deep in our hearts. It was a pretty long journey to where I have arrived today, and it wasn't always easy.
