Living out the Gospel in our neighborhoods involves a three-fold approach of praying intentionally, serving others with genuine love, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Based on 1 Thessalonians 1:2-3, effective community transformation requires prayer for increased faith that produces meaningful work and opposes injustice, love that motivates sacrificial service and builds unity, and hope that sustains endurance through difficulties. This pattern of Gospel living calls for regular engagement with our communities, partnership with other local churches, and a willingness to step outside our comfort zones for the sake of others.
