One of the manifestations of grace is blessings, particularly, the blessing of God. When the blessing of God rests upon a person, what it does is to amplify the results or reward of that person. So the person puts in effort, but gets the result that is multiple times more than the result he or she deserves when assessed from the lens of the physical. One thing about the blessing of God is that it gives you an advantage that may look unfair to others.
