Control can be such a monster in our lives ; consuming parts of our lives that we never intended and robbing us of joy and freedom.

Pastor Phil challenged us to ask these 3 questions to help identify our need for less control and how to surrender our "right" for control:

1. Is it worth my concern?

2. Is it mine to control?

3. Is it for God alone?

Laying down our inadequacies requires us to focus on God's faithfulness. What things do we need to lay down this week in order to view ourselves the way God sees us?
