How do we engage and interact with others? What is our role? Should we be doing anything at all? Can we do anything? The prophet Isaiah, several hundred years before the birth of Christ, issued a directive for the people of God. It still rings true for us today.

Generosity is much more than just giving gifts and money. It really starts in the heart. Being aware of our many blessings naturally positions us to be generous. It’s time to think about what God has already provided for us and be grateful for it. Certainly God gave us the most generous gift ever in His Son, and there is no better starting point for generosity in our lives than that. Generosity is simply looking for ways to share what He has already done with others.
