The Power Of Counting has tremendous power especially when understood mystically / practically can uplift our daily experience of self development with a goal to become a more complete fulfilled person! Example I counted today - Today is 3 days of the Omer - and worked on harmony / balance of Kindness!

Check out this app from Chabad.org Omer -

http://www.chabad.org/OmerApp?sc=a359 ! As the 7 x 7 - 49 days Flow from day after Seder night Pesach we count Sefirah upwards towards 50th day known as Shavuot! The goal is to see the full complete Flow manifest within time, real life and our personal rectification of our more animal drives with spiritual emotion flow guided attributes to become a Mentch!
