Keith Davis was a qualified applicant for the New York City Fire Department several years ago.  Still, he was not hired in a timely manner.  Several other applicants, that had applied after Mr. Davis became eligible, were hired before Mr. Davis.  It was not until after Keith Davis was involved in a discrimination law suit against the New York Fire Department that he obtained a measure of justice: CV-2067 (E.D.N.Y)
