That You May Believe

Spent some Time looking in to John 8 and how Jesus is the light of the world and how we can follow Him better in our Daily Lives.

This week Jamie preached from John 7 and the promise made by Jesus that those who believe in Him not only have eternal life but a promise of receiving the Holy Spirit who gives within river of living water which is the normal, biblical New testament experience.

Reading from John 6, Sophie explains that we need to be able and open to trusting God in our lives, believing that as we put Jesus first, we will be able to see what God is doing in our lives.

Reading from John 1, Jamie looks at how John explains that as in John’s gospel, we see Jesus as the Son of God, this shows us that there is salvation in no other name, Jesus is what it means for us to believe.

Reading from John’s gospel, Jamie explains that Jesus is God’s light to the world. A solution from God that we all can receive.

Looking at 2 Thessalonians 3:16, France explains that by embracing Jesus, or as the Bible calls Him 'The Prince of Peace', we can feel the abundance of peace that God has for us, even in life's storms.
