She is the Executive Director of Creative Growth Art Center, a nonprofit that serves artists with disabilities by providing a professional studio environment for artistic development and representation. Prior to working at Creative Growth Art Center, Elizabeth was the director of education and community programs at American Conservatory Theater, a major nonprofit theater company in San Francisco with celebrated alumni such as Nicolas Cage, Danny Glover, Elizabeth Banks, and Denzel Washington.
