See you 9/2. Happy September.

Not taking and not making the time yesterday to execute my plans turned into a night of catch up work. Are you ready for the crash? Looking forward to the burn? Look elsewhere because these stumbling points are important. I am more motivated now to take the actions necessary for success. I am fighting the struggle but finding my way. Today was weird. Sorry.

Special guest today! Have to keep the episode short to accomplish the things I need today. Let's reconvene tomorrow morning and take on the week. What are you doing on day 9 of this 730 day journey? Drop a line and let me know [email protected]

Checking in after a busy day of hustling. Need to catch some life segments up to gain balance. I head downtown to get an old mixing board, take a girls trip running errands up and down San Diego, and decide I don't have the skills to focus on one topic per episode. 722 days to go!

Did I manage to balance out my process this week? Taking a look back at decisions made, insights gained, gear acquired, brain cells lost, friends met, cassettes received, and goals left waiting. Friday night project special, focus on what will make you and your style different. Need some good underground tunes made on the same machine I'll be using at The W? I'll be back later to talk about HELP and my other H's, but really just wanted to thank everyone who has listened and anyone who reads this. I'm pumped to keep going regardless of outcome because it just feels right. Part of that is helping people find their focus. Blind leading the blind? I need sleep. Take the day!

Today we recap our short Southern California road trip across county lines to pick up the beast, forget a bunch of podcast names, wrestle with obligation and discuss the intricacies of potty breaks during quarantine. Are you doing at least one thing a day to obtain the life you want? Are you forgetting to take a step back from your dream and make sure your waking life is in tact? I know I am. I'm learning to recognize when one of my H's is more of an "h" and the imbalance it can cause. One more step in the journey of one more step. Happy Thursday!

Today we get ready to take on a task filled workday, deal with a big decision, and realize hobbies need their time limits. So does work for that matter, let's take a ratio of our daily allotted time and see how much of it is spent doing something we don't enjoy. For me it's too much, but I often get caught in the dopamine supplied by my hobbies. This can lead to too much HOBBY and not enough HOW. Until I can combine them, my HEALTH suffers if I'm out of balance. Eh, c'est la vie.

Where we're going, we don't need rails. Which is good because this show would fall off of them. I try to stay focused here but it's a busy week full of stress and anxiety. In the first segment I give a brief outline of my end goal, talk about happiness but stumble off the trail, and attempt to outline the show. This is mainly about entrepreneurship, mental & physical health, and DIY enthusiasm. Another hang-with-em, we'll get there. Artists, contact [email protected] for info on getting your work discussed and shared through our upcoming digital and physical efforts. Thank you! Questions or comments are also welcome. Good, bad, and ugly.

It's definitely Monday here in the Mobile Kickit Zone. Today I try to shake that feeling and take inventory of the great things my home has to offer. We meet Austin Texas musician Merit Medrano and get ready for the first cassette review. Interested in a daily reading? Reach out for details. Today is a hang-with-em episode, so thanks for riding along. It's the start of the crash!
