Sometimes people get stuck in grief.  If you are willing to accept help moving on, there is a lovely life waiting for you.

Asking for help means you give meaning to the lives of those who are willing to give.

Dis-ease and illness get our bodies off balance, and that impacts on our mental and emotional health.

Bullies focus on people who do not acknowledge their own value.

Only you can break down the boundaries you have set for yourself.

Self-confidence comes from inside.  Take one small risk and feel the change.

How you use your own sexuality is your choice.  How you use the sexuality of others is abuse.

When everything is wrong, you are very close to big changes where everything goes right.

If ii is not your problem, stay out of it!

If you care about yourself other people will also care about you.
