Michelle Anne LipperMichelle spent the first half of her life on stage and screen in Canada, until she could no longer ignore the overwhelming knowing that there was something bigger out there for her to discover. The search led her all over the world; from Thailand and India, Germany to LA. She experienced and assimilated different modalities of wellness and ways of life that she now uses to help others get through their own blindspots.. She is a sculptor of stories, able to see what others cannot (or do not). Currently she lives in Montreal with her fiancée and rescue dog, ready for the next big adventure life has in store.

Doesn’t matter where we come from in life, grief is dealt with in many size and shapes and it’s more than loading people in the physical. Alec Schwartz is a media buyer by day and a self improvement advocate by night. He is an avid baseball fan and foodie who is obsessed with personal growth and helping people understand who they are and what their purpose is.At the young age of three I have dealt with the loss of my mother to leukemia, when I was in my early teens I lost my grandfather to ALS, and more recently I lost my best friend and brother at the age of 22 in a tragic accident. For someone who is only 26 years old I have seen so much loss and have felt so much pain, and unfortunately fed into my demons and found myself entangled in a gambling addiction. This addiction aided in me failing out of college, but luckily I fought my way back in to graduate by the skin of my teeth. Battling through the grief, loss, and addiction I found a mentor in my GA recovery program who has helped me reprogram my brain to have a different perspective on life.Now I am on a mission to improve the health of my mind, body, and soul daily. I plan to share all my life experiences - the good, the bad, and the ugly with the hope of helping others along the way. I recently have found my voice and my purpose in this life, and I truly believe that is to be the most authentic, vulnerable, and transparent version of myself in order to help those who are going through or have been through similar experiences to my own. I want to be that lighthouse who shines light and guides those people who may be afraid to use their voice, have little support, or want to give up. I was that guy, and know to never be that guy again I have to constantly evolve and work on myself day in and day out. There IS still a life to live no matter what you have been through, let me help you find your purpose.
