God does not create junk and if we all have unlimited potential, then how is it that a very few of us achieve it. A good leader must demonstrate accountability as it feeds into other attributes of being professional, ethical, and integral. The words that a leader uses become very important and have to be chosen carefully, cause those words when a person hears repeatedly become thoughts that reshape your belief systems and the decisions you make in life. Ensure you are following good leaders and mentors!
When you repeatedly hear or do things you think of them repeatedly think of them. The more you think those thoughts the more ingrained they become. The more ingrained they are they become your belief patterns and your belief patterns become your belief systems. Your decision-making framework leverages the belief system to decipher right from wrong!
