Last week, we touched on self-love and realized that in order to truly love ourselves, we needed to heal some traumas that we've pushed down for far too long;
AND,
that in order to effectively do so means processing the feelings that we've tried to numb all this time.
Sometimes, it's hard to know how to heal those feelings when they're all jumbled up...
This week, we touch on how to identify the emotional triggers that we experience and how to break that down into a process that identifies which emotion we are truly feeling, along with where that trigger originates from.
