I go into detail that people need to find someone or people to hear their stories. Find someone that is willing to listen to you as a person instead dictating you on what you should feel or do in life.

Anger can only get you so far in life. We have to embrace all emotions to truly understand ourselves as a whole. Challenge yourself to feel. Love you guys!
