Healing is not linear. There’s a lot that goes into healing and working on yourself. Acknowledgement is a step in the right direction.

Change is difficult I get it, but action is required if we want to be somewhere or achieve something. You are the only person stopping yourself.

Things are always changing in our lives and we don't always know why but remaining faithful in the lord is what will help us to be able to navigate the changes.
