Rich Nass, one half of the Embedded Insiders, returned from the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) last week. There, he was surprised to learn that semiconductor companies are no longer evaluating digital power or Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) power MOSFETs.
