Ember Island Podcast: An Avatar The Last Airbender Podcast

Come on an auditory adventure with the Ember Island Podcast (Leslie and Barbara) as we analyze, review, and rave about every episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender (and The Legend of Korra) from start to finish!

This episode's discussion includes:the series premiere of Avatar: The Last Airbender (or ATLA), painful tattoo applications, amateur editing debates, and the first (but definitely not the last) episode where we praise the show's writing, world-building, and character arcs.

Warning: Penguin sledding and spoilers ahead!

This episode includes the first two episodes of Season 1 of Avatar: The Last Airbender:

Book 1: Water: Chapter 1: The Boy in the Iceberg

and

Book 1: Water: Chapter 2: The Avatar Returns

Note: The audio is still not the greatest (i.e. some of it cuts out from time to time) but we are working on improving it for future episodes!
