Today we’re taking inspiration from the book, The Extended Mind The Power of Thinking Outside the Brain by Annie Murphy Paul to explore how we use our body-based intuition to support running our businesses. 

Anne shares her story of transitioning from independent contractors to employees and how her intuition led the way, how listening to her body informs her business decisions, even if she doesn’t know the outcome. 

Together we geek out about interoception, exteroception, Polyvagal Theory, distributed cognition, and we share our stories of how stepping into entrepreneurship as young women influenced our connection to intuition.
