Happy 2021, embodied wellness listeners!
It has been a bit and we are so happy to be back with fresh content related to current patterns of mind/ body wellness ✨

During these difficult times it’s more important than ever to cultivate spaces of calm in our minds, bodies and if possible, physical settings. In the absence of external calm and disruption to human movement, our nervous system runs the risk of being overrun and the health conditions discussed may become a bigger part of our lives.

In this episode we discuss two of the biggest conditions to emerge from world events with direct links to anxiety and changes in our mobility: these are insomnia and digestive issues. If you are struggling with either of these conditions both currently and/or chronically please know that you are not alone and we hope that in this episode we can help provide relatable content, healing tips and gentle ways to calmly care for yourself during these times.
