Beth Connon is a recognised personal trainer, certified in pre/post natal training as well as a cycle instructor based out of Edinburgh, Scotland. This remarkable woman truly does it all and from her experience has accrued a wealth of knowledge regarding a variety of women’s issues in healthcare and fitness. Though we know this is only a sliver of what encompasses the intersectional and dynamic topic that is “feminism”, this was definitely an illuminating and oftentimes shocking sliver to discover.
