In this episode of Embodied Millions, Danielle shares a deeply personal journey that encompasses recent experiences, transformations, and insights gained from her vibrant community of women that has cultivated a space where there's daily connection through meditation and book studies, culminating in a recent Sedona Retreat. This gathering was infused with potent emotions and discussions around the concept of prosperity—not just in financial terms but as a holistic life experience that requires the shedding of old identities and beliefs to make way for new beginnings.
During the retreat, themes of death and rebirth were explored, diving into the necessary endings that pave the way for fresh starts. This discussion resonates with a universal truth: for growth to occur, something must often end. Danielle emphasizes the importance of allowing space for these transitions in both our personal and professional lives.
Throughout this episode, Danielle challenge listeners to consider their own cycles of transformation. Are you in a phase of ending or beginning? There's a common misconception that reaching our goals will yield a profound internal shift but true fulfillment transcends external achievements. We ultimately chase feelings rather than material gains, and she urge everyone to cultivate those feelings in the present moment. When we align our internal state with our desires, we create a more profound opening for prosperity to flow into our lives.

In this episode of the Embodied Millions Podcast, I am thrilled to have a courageous conversation with Ashley Taylor Maland, a social media figure and advocate for self-love and healing. Ashley has bravely shared her journey of vulnerability, navigating issues of domestic violence and the complexities of personal growth, especially in the digital age where scrutiny can be merciless.
Ashley opens up about her initial experiences on social media, expressing that she never intended to become a public figure but turned to TikTok to document her own healing post-divorce. Her heartfelt videos began as a way to encourage herself during a personal crisis, eventually resonating with a vast audience as she candidly shared her struggles and insights. The conversation pivots around a recent incident that has sparked significant backlash against Ashley, where a so-called "influencer vigilante" attempted to call her out for perceived inconsistencies in her message and her personal depiction online.
What unfolded was a barrage of negative comments and personal attacks as well as a flood of messages accusing her of being inauthentic and fraudulent. She reflects on the importance of self-acceptance and honesty in her journey, recognizing that her imperfections are a natural part of being human. The discussion delves into the implications of social media bullying, particularly focusing on the culture of shame and criticism that disproportionately affects women.
As we explore the themes of self-expression and accountability, Ashley emphasizes the need for women to connect to their inner strength and embrace their authenticity, even in the face of external judgment. Her resilience shines through as she articulates the necessity of building a safe space within oneself, emphasizing that confidence and self-belief are crucial in navigating negativity and criticism.
Toward the end of our conversation, Ashley offers poignant advice to listeners, urging them to acknowledge their pain and imperfections while continuing to move forward on their healing journeys. She eloquently reminds us that it is perfectly okay to make mistakes; what matters is the commitment to growth and the intention behind our actions.

In this episode of Embodied Millions Podcast, I dive deep into my ongoing journey of self-discovery and authenticity. As someone who embraces the unfiltered nature of this podcast, I share personal experiences that shaped my understanding of inner stillness and self-acceptance. Recently, my journey included meditation teacher training with David G, who reignited my passion for both meditation and the core teachings of yoga that have guided me throughout my life.
I openly discuss the challenges I face in seeking stillness and silence, especially as someone with a natural inclination toward action and momentum. This struggle resonates with many, particularly women who have encountered trauma or life-altering experiences that compel them toward healing and service.
I reveal a significant fear I harbor around the idea of being a “sellout”—a notion that resonates with anyone in a position of influence or service.
Throughout my journey, I have come to realize that wearing a mask of conformity—posited as acceptable by societal standards—can lead to profound internal discord. I share a personal anecdote from my youth involving a school play that ignited my desire to perform, only to be stifled by apprehension and the fear of being seen. This tension between ambition and self-doubt has reverberated throughout my life, shaping both my career and interpersonal relationships.
I challenge you to contemplate where you, too, might be filtering your own expressions or conforming to societal norms that stifle your truth. The fear of being criticized or “canceled” can lead to diminished self-expression, which in turn limits one's impact on the world. By encouraging honesty and introspection, there's power in embracing your traumas and experiences as vital components of healing and personal growth.

In this episode of Embodied Millions, I delve into the journey of self-discovery and transformation with a focus on intuitive leadership and inner alignment. It's important to hold space for oneself as a leader and connecting to one's life's purpose beyond mere strategy, emphasizing the significance of intuition and alignment with one's highest potential.
I share my reflections on my personal path where I was seeking freedom and authenticity by turning inward, rather than following external expectations or societal conditioning. There's a misconception that accumulating knowledge and external validation leads to success, instead advocating for inner work, listening to one's desires, and embracing change even when it challenges established beliefs.
I want you to know there's power in going inward and decoding one's patterns as a means of creating profound personal and collective transformation. There's magic in being a sacred feminine leader and the importance of stillness, introspection, and listening to one's inner guidance to manifest one's true purpose and make impactful changes in the world.
Self-awareness and integration of internal reflections with external experiences can lead to empowerment and conscious decision-making. There's a ripple effect of personal growth and change, and embracing transformation may evoke varied responses from others but staying true to one's path is essential for genuine development.
