Following up on "Ancestor Medicine" (Episode 18), L.R. Heartsong shares further thoughts on the true inheritance we receive from our lineage. Using his metaphor of our bodysoul as an inherited house, he offers that we have to go beyond cleaning, claiming, and renovating/rebuilding; the real work is to replace the wiring itself and turn the lights on—by creating all new soul circuitry in our biofield.

L.R. Heartsong returns to ESP after a hiatus, reflecting upon the increasing prevalence of "ancestral medicine," and ways of working with our lineages. He offers that a primary way we can embody the gifts and 'medicine' of our intergenerational stories is by recognizing this inheritance as a gift, and committing to the ongoing work of becoming 'clear' in bodysoul through various practices.

A fledgling tumbling from its nest provides the catalyst for River (L.R. Heartsong) reflecting upon the ways we emerge into a larger, more embodied life of soul – sometimes willingly, sometimes not. In healing the split between body and spirit, or fusing vibrant health and soul, the whole is actually greater than the sum of the parts.

A spring walk along the river prompts River to reflect upon 'soulful nourishment' as well as the ways we restore and sustain the human biofield. Human beings are inherently bioelectrical, and the human biofield is our template for health. If we truly wish to heal, or regenerate the body, or simply remain healthy, maintaining the integrity of the biofield is essential.
