Holistic Alcohol Coach, Mary Wagstaff, ended a 20-year relationship with alcohol without labels, counting days or ever making excuses and is helping her clients do the same. Abby started working with Tarot 37 years ago and never thought much about other forms of healing.  When she survived cancer in 2010, Abby started her personal yoga practice.  After several years of practicing yoga, she found a school that was really teaching in a way that resonated with herself.  Abby has known all her life that she is a healer.  Growing up it was not well accepted in her world that she lived in, so Abby hid who she was from the world.

After years of practicing and teaching Reiki, Lizz took a step back from her practice to integrate all of the wisdom, lessons, and downloads that she had received, and to anchor into her new role as a Mother.
