Amy has had a diverse and amazing career as one of Canada's top event producers - she has worked with over 40 non profit organizations and started many businesses. During the Pandemic she moved her family out of the city to Blue Mountain and she opened The Bea Bar which is adorable! She has so many great lessons and I just love her energy anytime we connect. She was also a first time writer in my latest book Whisper which launches on Amazon April 12th.

In this solo episode I am digging into the power of the reframe. Walking through the steps of pausing, asking what is the story you are telling yourself, self compassion and then creating a new story in your mind. This powerful excercise takes an impact on what we think, believe, feel and therefore ripples into our actions and results. I share with you REAL examples of how I do this in my everyday life for small and big things.

Tania openly shares her mental health struggles and does mention a period of time where she was suicidal. I wanted to remind anyone listening who is struggling too that there is help available and you never need to feel alone. I found Alison through a mutual friend on Instagram, read some of her blog posts and knew I needed to talk to her and learn about what she does and how she helps people heal. Our meeting is this episode and it's like a Podcast interview meets therapy. Alison has a fascinating career story and her transformation is inspiring. I am so grateful to Alison for seeing me in this conversation and meeting me where I am at. I know very little about Psychedelics and was eager to learn more. I also stretched myself out of my comfort zone to ask about pleasure and trauma and how the two are connected. This was a juicy and real convo and I hope you enjoy listening in.
