The concept of “chase songs” is popular among the followers of my favorite band, The Avett Brothers. Since every performance is different for this band, many followers, myself included, have that one song that they’re “chasing,” or hoping to hear performed because it’s rarely played live.

In this episode, the guides and I use this concept as a metaphor for life and the idea of chasing. Maybe life isn’t about hyper-fixating on goals and everything you desire to come true, but letting go and enjoying how the chase unfolds.
