Silence is GOLDEN!
Have you ever struggled to sit in the silence?
Yeah, me too… but today I share about why it’s important, how I get a few moments of silence in myself and a few strategies to make it work in your day.
1. Silence has been shown to help relieve stress and tension.
2. Silence can help to replenish our mental resources.
3. In silence we can tap into the brain’s default mode networks.
4. Silence can actually help regenerate brain cells.
Turn off your notifications on your phone
Sit in silence in the car
Find at least 5 min to meditate
