Gila Tolub is a French-Israeli growth advisor, consultant, and speaker specializing in healthcare innovation. With over 20 years of experience, including 12 years at McKinsey & Company, she has co-led their Vaccine Practice, Health Equity practice, and global health technology network.
Now growing her own business, Gila focuses on driving growth and transformation in health organizations, life science companies, and health tech innovators. She emphasizes sustainability, culture change, and personal growth for effective leadership.
In response to the October 7th events in Israel, she is dedicated to trauma healing efforts and is launching the ICAR Collective. Gila holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and mentoring women leaders while managing a household with her husband and four children.
