Meet our dearest, Netanya. She spent most of her senior year of high school in quarantine and she shares how she was transformed by that experience. She was able to focus on her family, start a new business (yes, while still in high school!), and learn how to be content with being alone. We learned a lot from this bright young lady during our time with her and hope that this episode encourages you just as much! In Netanya's words, remember that, "We carry the light of Jesus".
What does it mean to see people in their process? Courtney is passionate about understanding and listening to others' stories while helping them to rewrite their stories. She defines her overall purpose to empower people to heal and create their extraordinary lives. Within this podcast, Courtney shares about bridging the gap between the altar and the therapist's office. Her passion for helping others and holding space for people is evident in this interview. She discusses the internal indicators of identifying fear and gets real around topics that are or are not discussed within the church around mental health. We appreciate her knowledge and authenticity to share her passion with us! Stay through the end as she shares two personal tips that have helped her master self-care for herself.
