In 2021, Lisa founded Ascentim. Her coaching practice focusing on connection, career, and finances guides its clients to live more meaningful and abundant lives. Ascentim is an Inc. Best in Business Honoree in coaching/career development. Lisa, named a Brightside Trailblazer in Business, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Lisa is a certified Personal and Executive Coach (The CaPP Institute), a certified Master Financial Coach (Ramsey Solutions), and Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation).

Lisa has two children and five grandchildren and lives in Baltimore with her husband, Clarence Baker, Jr.
