About John
John King comes to Summit Funding with 20 years as a loan officer in the mortgage industry. Summit has been blessed to have John as a loan officer for the past 10 years. Currently, John is Branch Manager & loan officer to Summit’s Roseville and Lodi, CA branches.


Ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan officers in the nation for the last 4 years, John comes with a plethora of industry knowledge and expertise. In addition, John has been a professional coach to loan officers for the past 5 years.


John has built his successful business on the theory that he always needs to find new ways to leverage technology to enhance his business. 


In  2018, John sold his customized CRM program to Summit Funding, and in 2020, began and has continued to be a consultant for Summit Funding as we implement and improve this CRM program. 


In his free time, John enjoys traveling with his wife of 22 years, and his 3 children. Some of their favorite spots are in Hawaii and they are HUGE Disneyland Fans!
