“We have emotions because we are made in the image of God and God has emotions.” Cyndie reminds us that not only did God give us emotions, but He wants us to talk to Him about those emotions—to pour out our hearts like water to Him. We aren’t to let our emotions run wild and rule us, but we should instead be guided by the Word of God. Dr. Cyndie de Neve, D.Min, LMFT, CCTP, is an author and Christian psychotherapist who weaves in personalized coping skills, communication tools, and personality insights to help increase a sense of peace and clarity, as she gently looks at past hurts and trauma to bring healing to the present and hope to the future. 

Cyndie was featured on the international broadcast Focus on the Family on February 5, 2021, and September 19, 2024.
